Was recommended by someone to try Nick with my hip problem. Contacted him and managed to accommodate me even though I have a very hectic work schedule. A couple of sessions and just about sorted. Fab service from Nick at NR Physiotherapy. He quickly identified the cause of my shoulder pain and provided a programme of exercises to build strength as well as using massage to release the fascia. Symptoms improved greatly after just one session and continued to improve so I haven't needed a second session but I'd certainly go back again, if needed for further treatment and advice. Great and professional service. Nick was excellent with before, during and after the physiotherapy. Communication was brilliant with helping me understand my issue and his sessions helped massively. Having been plagued with an ongoing hip issue restricting mobility, walking became a struggle and running was mostly non-existent. I explored a multitude of services including a scan with an inconclusive diagnosis from the GP. I felt like I was getting nowhere. In steps Nick... I found Nick to be very genuine. He has a gentle and reassuring nature that is relaxing. He explores lifestyles and typically, stresses to develop an informed diagnosis before treating the issue. He then provides visual demonstrations that are easy to follow when delivering rehabilitation plans.

I was in a great deal of pain and Nick was able to see me at short notice, which was such a relief. First, the practice is lovely. Nick was very professional and kind and made me feel at ease. He explained every part of the treatment he was doing, and why. He showed me some exercises that I can continue to do at home and thankfully, my aches and pains have eased no end.
