I’ve been a patient of Nick for about a month initially for walking issues. I have been struggling to walk any distance and following this week’s visit I managed a good 3 miles so a great improvement. Nick, has also greatly helped my neck which I was finding had limited rotation and this is also now much improved. Throughly recommended. Martin S

Fantastic service. I attended through a referral at work, and have not only the tools but the right mindset to get things back on track with my shoulder. Thank you.

Nick offered a friendly, detailed and practical service when my knee and I were in need of assistance. During a thorough assessment he explained carefully what he thought was the issue and, more importantly for me, what he didn’t think was a problem. Whilst attending to my knee he offered initially a couple of simple exercises that should help. They weren’t 20 minutes of complex stretching and bending but rather a brief number of practical movements that can be accomplished within anyone’s schedule. And they worked! From hobbling along with a defined limp I found I was soon able to walk relatively normally. And it only got better. During my follow up Nick provided further advice regarding additional exercises (also simple and brief) and how I may help to build and maintain strength. Nick was on hand by WhatsApp if I had a question and responded promptly. In my experience this was exactly the treatment I needed and delivered in a clear and practical way.

I have been coming to see Nick regarding a longstanding foot injury that I had been stupidly ignoring. He gave me a thorough assessment and diagnosis and manipulated my foot to make it much more comfortable. He has given me exercises to follow and advice on how to tape it for support, and kindly recorded some videos on my phone to make sure that I understood correctly. Nick is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and has a very professional and approachable manner and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Nick!

Can't recommend Nick highly enough. He is helping our daughter with recovery from a sports (football) injury sustained back in late February now she is back in Norfolk. Extremely knowledgeable and professional with a strong patient caring side. Made a lot of progress under Nick and he has been a great help. Thanks indeed.

Was recommended by someone to try Nick with my hip problem. Contacted him and managed to accommodate me even though I have a very hectic work schedule. A couple of sessions and just about sorted. Really good home practice room with good parking. Really nice guy and Would highly recommend him.
